Background on center painted acrylic paint and wood plaque: came from antique store out of Washington, sticker price $12.00!
Research turned up no information about this artist.
So with no history, I can see why the antique store owners marked it so low.
Being an artist myself, I saw the beauty of each brush stroke, so I decided to frame it in an equally beautiful mosaic.
